Originally listed "For Sale by Owner". Wasn't having very good response! Robert contacted me by phone several times over a couple of months and explained and offered his services with a very non pressure attitude (unlike other realtors who contacted me). His commission was VERY competitive. I had 2 adjacent homes for sale at the same time. Robert got them both sold even though there were several factors which made these home quite difficult to market and sell! I would definitely recommend Robert if you are in need of a realtor! In fact I will be listing my primary residence with him shortly!
