My mother, me and my sister interviewed Robert to sell my mothers house. I was not the decision maker(my mother was). If it were my decision, I would have chosen Robert. Originally listed "For Sale by Owner". Wasn't having very good response! Robert contacted me by phone several times over a couple of months and explained and offered his services with a very non pressure attitude (unlike other realtors who contacted me). His commission was VERY competitive. I had 2 adjacent homes for sale at the same time.
